P0446 means there is a higher than expected amount of vacuum in the fuel
tank when purge is commanded. This can be caused by a canister close

HI check your power steering oil pump reservoir filter screen this seats at the bottom of reservoir is probably plug .it can cause the pump to aerate if thats your case replace reservoir.for proper inspection of reservoir completely empty it and check. hope this helps.
The filter sits on top of the transmission. look under the hood on drivers side it screws right on top of the transmission. It looks like an engine oil filter.
