Re: 2009 lancer passenger side speakers crackle and are...
If they are weak and crackling the weak sound might be your balance and fader .............the crackling is because the voice coil is going out another words they are pretty much junk time to replace them

I have a 2009 EXL Odyssey that just is doing the same thing (warm air on drivers side, cold on passenger). I checked freon levels and ...
No speakers are not fused.. It is most likely a speaker wire that has gone to ground so they would have to be traced to each speaker to see if you can find the short
Check the speakers if they work. Connect the speaker terminals using a short wire to a 1.5 volt battery (AA or any dry cell batter) and listen if there's a thumping sound when the wires are connected to the battery terminals. If there's no sound, your speakers are busted. If there's a sound, check if the wires are okay. Use the same method with the battery with the wires from the back of your stereo. Make a small cut on the wire and attach the short wires you used earlier.
if its a poping sound usually means speakers are going bad, crackling sound means the speakers are not grounded properly.this video might give you hint as to whats going on.
Most auto parts store have replacements with self adhesive tape on the back. Peal and stick, just remember to clean the surface good. Also, they may need to measure the passenger mirror to give you the correct size.
Your first code is for low system voltage. If your battery has needed a jumpstart lately or replacement, this code will be set.
The second two codes are in relation to your rh side airbag (B1C2D) and curtain bag (B1B22) not being visible to the srs ecu. Has the car been apart for any reason, possible leaving harnesses unplugged? Was it in an accident recently and maybe the bags are missing? Were components removed for accessory installations (stereo, subwoofers, etc)? The connector for the curtain bag is in the passenger side rear most pillar. The connector for the side airbag is under the passenger seat.
A weak battery can sometimes throw other miscellaneous codes like these, but it is not likely. If you clear the codes, the B1C2D and B1B22 should come right back. If they do, and both bags are installed correctly, You can bypass them with a 3 ohm (three ohm) resistor and clear the code again. If the codes set again, there is a problem with the wiring leading up to the squib units. If the codes do not set again, there is a problem with the squib units.
The first thing I would do is pull the stereo out of the dash and unplug it . If the buzzing stops the stereo is bad get a new stereo. Its not hard to remove the stereo. Right above the cup holder there is a small cover you need a very small screwdriver to remove it . Under that is a few screws take those out then grab the plastic cover that runs around the stereo and pull towards the back window it simply pops off (No screws) After you remove that cover you will see 4 phillips head screws that hold the stereo in remove them. Last slide out the stereo there will be 1 plug with alot of wires that is the power and speakers . Unplug it . The other round plug is the FM antenna
