SOURCE: 2005 toyota corolla s transmission fluid

The cleaning is by flushing. DO NOT LET THEM FLUSH YOUR TRANNY! It will do nothing but damage the tranny.

For as fluid. the 3.2 quarts is if you dont drain the torque converter. If you drain the converter then it will take about 14 to 16 quarts.

The reason i say do not let them flush the tranny is because they force the fluid backwards through the system and that will damage it. Also if the tranny is almost on its last "leg" and you may not know it. Then all that will do is speed the process up.

Drain fluia from transalxe how many go back and what tyte 95 toyoto camry

The 1995 Toyota Camry originally came with Dextron II, but since Dextron II was introduced it has been replaced with Dextron III. You should use the Dextron III transmission fluid. It should take around 2.6 quarts of fluid in the Transmission and around .8 quarts in the Differential (4 Cylinder 5S-FE Engine).

My 2005 solara convertable just turned 43K. I don't have a scheduled maintenance guide. what kinds of maintenance, if any, is there to be done?

nothing major to be done, only thing i could recommend is a transmission fluid flush. this may be early by the book, but these cars tend to burn up the fluid quickly.
