Headlights won't turn on; taillights won't turn off; dome lights won't turn off

Low beams won't come on. High beams come on only while column switch is held, otherwise they are off like low beams. PCM relays appear okay (switched them with other circuilts and no change.) Parking and tail lights stay on - even with key off. Have to pull PCM fuse to kill them. Dome lights stay on unless dimmer switch (wheel) is all the way in FULL OFF position. Any other position, dome lights are ON, even with key off. I haven't waited to see if dome and parking lights turn off by timer after key is turned off. Is there a fuse to/from the BCM that would cause this? Fuses and relays in the PDC all appear okay.

SOURCE: headlight Problem - 1992 Plymouth Voyager

check and see if the dimmer switch is working, it's most likely stuck. it might also be the headlight relay.

SOURCE: no low beam headlights on a 1998 plymouth neon,

Power may not be arriving at the switch check red/white wire coming to switch with a tester. If it doesn't have red/white check the thicker wires coming to it and make sure to check all the fuses in the engine compartment fuse box and the one in the driver kick panel area. On those may be a panel in between the driver door and left end of dash. Check any fuses mentioning HL Headlight Lamps etc. to assure they have 12v coming to the fuse. If not could be main fuse or fusible link.

Both low-beam headlights won't come on and malfunction light is on.

Try jiggling your turn signal/ high beam switch. I have seen these fail and cause problems. Not a cheap part either.

Where is the headlight relay in the 1998 jimmy? Low beams won't come onat night everything else does. high beams work

There is a headlight relay in the engine compartment fuse box, but its after the headlight switch and before the dimmer switch, so it powers both high and low beam circuits.
I would check the dimmer switch.

My low beam headlights won't turn on in 2004 gmc envoy

It's the headlamp relay #46. If you want to test it, swap it out with the cooling fan relay #45 and see if your headlights work. If they do you know this is the fix. Found the solution online a couple of years ago and it was spot-on. The part was $45 at autozone at the time.

ok put the ground back were you cut it and remove bezel near head light switch test powers in and out with 12 volt test light on low beam and high beam you may just have a bad head light switch make sure you have headlight power coming out of the swicth for low beams.

I have a 1993 Honda Accord and the head lights won't turn on. I have changed the fuze and added new bulbs. what else can it be.

do you have low or high beams?

LOW BEAMS: When headlight switch is turned on the headlight relay is energized providing voltage through fuse 37 and 38 to the headlights and the low beams come on.

HIGH BEAMS : same thing as above thru fuses 37 & 38. When the dimmer is in high, the dimmer relay provides ground to the high beams, and the high beams come on.

1. pull your flash see if lights come on?
2. check fuse 15 if good
3. check fuses 37 & 38.

Hi beams, low beams, taillights, and dash lights stopped working.

Might want to check the fuses if you haven't already.

I have no headlights!! parking lights, taillights, and blinkers all work fine. none of my fuses or bulbs are blown

I have a 2004 ram 2500 and all my lights work except for low beams. It is not in the switch, I haver replaced the switch with no change. This is a circuit problem with these dodge pickups. I haven't firgured out what it is but it isn't the switch. and unless the low beams and high beams are fused seperate, it isn't a fuse problem either. i have looked for a fuse and can't even find the fuse for the headlights. Im lost like you!
