MY 320I BMW WONT START. TURND IT OFF THEN WOULDNT START BAK UP?.GOT PETROL 2 THE INJECTOR RAILS BUT WHEN I PULLED A PLUG OUT IT WAS DRY LIKE NO PETROL GETTING 2 THE PLUGS?

AS SILLY AS IT SOUNDS ITS YOUR MAX AIR FLOW METER,OR COULD EVEN BE A REALLY DIRTY AIR FILTER, SERIUOSLY BMW HAD MY CAR IN COULDNT FIX IT, MISSED THE FACT THE AIR FILTER WAS FILTHY AND NOT LETTING ENOUGH AIR THROUGH, ICHANGED IT AND IT STARTED FIRST TURN

where is the starter motor?

I don't think your trouble is on the ignition side of it but I am sure that you must have a look at the idle speed control(stepper motor).
If with temperatuer your "misfire"changes to better, it means that it's probably running too lean at cold, normally the stepper motor or ISC does this job.

I,m not a BMW guy but it sounds like it could be a couple different things, a stuck open fuel injecter, or fuel pump problem, or even a fuel pressure regulator. I had a 97 tahoe and the pressure regulator was defective it caused my engine to hydro lock, which is the same as vapor lock but a fluid cuases the engine to lock , caused by fuel or antifreeze in my case it was fuel.
