Tune up how do you do a tune up on a 1996 cadillac deville without taking it to a shop spending alot of money.

You probably could but your gonna spend ALOT of money,what I would do is un install the cd player and check the wires.Undo everything you did back to the way it was before. Sounds to me like you have crossed wired or grounded something. If this fixes your problem take it to a car stereo place that installs radios and pay them to install your CD player.

Their not sending the computer out

I would not purchase a cadillac for family car. They are expensive to maintain. If you ever blow a head gasket you are going to spend a lot of money. The whole engine and trans have to come out together. I would buy an suv of some sort.

those sensers like to freeze up and when you try to take them out the break off causing you another repair bill

You have to pull the air bags, and steering wheel, and disassemble the anti theft plate in the column. This task may be better left to a shop, it is fairly difficult if you know what you are doing, and nearly impossible without the requried pullers....
