In extremely cold weather I get no heat...water temp ok...seems as if no water is circulating to the heater core...I'm suspecting water pump or temperature valve for the heater core. I don't know where this valve is, however. I do seem to get some heat when temps are above 30 degrees. In extremely cold weather I get no heat...water temp ok...seems as if no water is circulating to the heater core...I'm suspecting water pump or temperature valve for the heater core. Had same problem. Take off both hoses to the heater core at the fire wall. Using a garden hose with nozel flush with water on the "inlet hose" first(the one hot to touch) then flush the other side. A nasty blackish slim will come out. Oh, cover your distributor with a plastic bag first so it won't get wet. Put the hoses back on, set heat for full high and enjoy your nice warm bravada again!

If you know for sure the thermostat is working, it could be low on coolant and has air pockets in the system. Only one radiator hose should be warm until the engine reaches normal temp, and both heater hoses should be very warm.
First check to see if the system has the proper amount of coolant in it. Sounds like the heater core is blocked. You must get circulation in order to get heat. I assume the electric fan/blower is working.
is the temp gauge working and showing the engine is warmed up? also check the heater hoses in the engine compartment ensure both are at the same or close to the same temp. if they are not could have plugged heater core. try flushing. possible blend door could be stuck.
it could be the cold air blend door or the thermostat is the engine temp up to the middle of the gauge or close to it if so then thermostat is ok if not then go ahead and replace it.
did you check the fluid level by removing the rad. cap? Radiator should be full to top. If Chryslers are low on coolant, the heater will not blow warm air.
