Ihave a 1998 nissan maxima it idles fine in park and when i shift into gear it idles up. When it shifts it slams hard and it takes awhile to shift when it does high rpm's

I've cleaned thorttle body maf sensor and the idle air control valve also tried replacing tps and map sensors. i couldnt find any vacuum leaks and when i had autozone put it on a scanner it has several code, P1705 tps circuit a/t or faulty app sensor??? also P0450 EVAP system pressure sensor range/performance probable cause or faulty vent solenoid or failed EVAP pressure sensor code P0105 map sensor or maf sensor .... code P0120 throttle pedal position sensor or switch "a" circuit probable cause. dont know where there is located at and should i change , will this help the high idle in gear and hard shifting?? last code P1105 map pressure switch solenoid valve.... were is this and will this help my problem. i dont understand this started happening on afternoon i tried to start the car and it would start and stall i had keep my foot on the gas untill i put it into gear then i would high well i cleaned the throttle body and it satart on its own and idles fine in park also cleaned iacv cleaned maf sensor replaced map sensor and replaced tps sensor but took it back one i seen it didnt make any improvements. also would like to know how adjust the tps sensor if anyone can help would deeply greatful.

SOURCE: Issue with throttle control on my 2003 Maxima

I discovered that its the throttle body sensor. Its not sensing the postion of the foot pedal. The throttle body has a sensor that is linked to your gas pedal via a cable. The spring that the repair man mentioned could be the issue. The sensor then communicates to the computer the position and then computer then applies fuel, the mass air sensor then will communicate to the computer and the computer will then allow more or less air to fuel ratio. So if your stomping on the gas and there is not any response, then your throttle body sensor is most likely going out.

SOURCE: Car Stalls at low speed. Restarts. DTC Code 0340 and 1167

The codes you provided indicate separate issues. Code 1167 is indicative of either a stuck fuel injector of the O2 sensors. Code 0340 indicates the CMP position sensor. Replacing the O2 sensors will likely clear the 1167 code assuming the fuel injectors are okay. It would be the first course of action. If there's no noticeable change in performance (i.e. stalling problem continues) then the CMP position sensor is likely your overall problem. Best of luck.

IAC valve has gone bad. Its located on the throttle body and is what controlls/keeps the vehicle running at idle.

Toyota Tercel stuck in gear

Its a gear shift issue.

The shifter needs to be inspected. The shifter assembly is got misaligned, it has to be open and realign.

There are many other possibilities. But if it was working right up till now and suddenly this occurred then its shifter assembly alignment issue.

Shifting when driving

The shifter needs to be inspected.If the gears are shifted automatically.The shifter assembly is got misaligned,it has to be open and realign.

There are many other possibilities.But if it was working right up till now and suddenly this auto shifting occurred then its shifter assembly realign issue.

94 toyota is over 3000 rpm at 40 mph
