For 2002 to 06 the sender at the top of the gas pedal is very slightly adjustable. Loosen the nut and see if there is enough slot there to bring your idle up a hair. Or clean your throttle body is another possibility.

You can try spraying carb cleaner into the throtle body to clean it with a tooth brush while letting some of the stuff go into the iac hole. If the car now idles then your iac was stuck and the usual fix is another one. This unsticking can sometimes last for a while. A tech can also clean this iac but the labor is not cheap. actually longer than a new 1

When you replace battery in 2002 Camry ECM tries to reset to factory levels. The reason it will not idle is that the throttle body is dirty and ECM thinks it should be new!! Clean throttle body with cleaner that is safe for tbs and this will fix your idle problem.
