First get a new glass on the way, then YouTube window installation for your type of vehicle, seeing how window regulators are replaced might give you a partial idea towards replacement. Best of luck!

Providing that the only damage is as you listed, the reason it has been classified as a total loss is because of its age. Can't give you a $ amount but if the accident was not your fault, generally insurance companies are fairly generous with what they offer. If the post where the door latch pin is located is not twisted, I'd keep the car and get another complete door at a local scrapyard (older cars may be difficult to find but if you try hard I'm sure you will find one.) It isn't that difficult to hang another door on there and a replacement shouldn't cost much more than $100.. Good luck!!
call Toyota and ask thim you might need to get the vin# they should give you the info,,,also if you have CERTI FITT near where you live they are the cheepest place,,,,,,IF IT IS ONLY THE MIRROWER THAT IS BROKEN...you can pull the rest of the glass off the frame go to Autozone or Orileys they carry replacement mirrower's for about 12.oo to 18.oo
A wrecking yard is the cheapest place to get the replacement. If you have a pick a part type salvage yard in your area then they will be cheapest. What I mean by pick a part is they allow you to go in and get your part your self.
The removal I can help you to a certain point. There are two possible 3 screws holding the mirror on the vehicle. The screws should be right on the base of the mirrow. If not there then look on the inside of the door jam closest to the windshield. Once you have the screws out and IF this is the cable adjust type then that is where i can't help you from here. You will need to just follow the cables and see where they connect and unconnect them. If it is a standard mirror the screws will be all you need to remove and the mirror is in your hands. Just reverse the process when replacing the new one. Good Luck, Raz
