Tried jumping it and nothing

COULD BE DEAD BATTERY OR FAULTY STARTER OR STARTER SOLENOID.MAKE SURE BATTERY CABLES CLEAN FREE FROM CORROSSION AND HAVE A TIGHT CONNECTION.

Look for a lose connection at the crank shaft sensor. This is a signal needed for obtaining tachometer as well as turning on the fuel pump.

did you use professional quality jump leads and not them cheap made in china junk ones for the local chinese shop??
