SOURCE: AC works, Heater not working, 2003 Hyundai Accent.

Check the coolant level, do this with a cold engine. Or if you have recently used it. let it cool down for about 25 minutes before removing the radiator cap. if it is low, refill with coolant. If it does not, check your thermostat. Or better yet replace your thermostat. Be sure to get the right one . the same degrees as your old one. Just ask the teller to give you one for your engine size and car Model. And year.See where the radiator cap is. Then drain some coolant to where it will not spill from the radiator cap. Remove the hose nearest the radiator cap and you will get to the thermostat housing. Remove the housing and note how the thermostat is placed. Take of the thermostat housing and the old thermostat. Clean the housing and around the hole where the thermostat goes of any deposits. Get some grease and cover the new gasket with grease on the housing to hold it in place. replace the New thermostat and make sure it is flush with the engine and the housing. If it is off , you could break the housing upon tightening the housing.replace the hose and refill with coolant slowly to eliminate any air spaces.. Also check the coolant reservoir and fill it to the indicator line. Restart the car and chek for any leaks. Then check the heater after the engine heats up. If that does not do the job it could be the temperature sensor or the heater core. The heater core will take more time to check and clean or replace.

SOURCE: P0441 EVAP Emission Control System Purge Flow Fault 2001 Accent

It is always best to start simple on a lot of these things. This code indicates that somewhere in the evaporative system you have a leak that has set off the code. The gas cap is the most common culprit and that is where I would start. Buy a new gas cap and put it on. It may and should solve your problem. A lot of gas caps have rubber seals that do wear out over time. If this does not solve your problem simply use a search engine and type in p0441 a wealth of information will pop up. There are other possible causes and solutions but that's where I would start (with the gas cap)

SOURCE: 2002 Hyundai Accent GL error code P0442, EVAP

You have a vacuum leak. This means that you will need to go through all of the vacuum likes and make sure they are connected and not broken. If they are broken buy new vacuum line, its like less and $1 per foot. In your case if you can I would replace all of the vacuum lines if they look cracked and old.

2002 Hyundai Accent Evap Canister - Perfect Hyundai (ellagracebranch.blogspot.com
The hose from purge valve should lead to the canister and vehicles I have worked on is usually near fuel tank.. I have never ha a Hyundai but the link above shows the purge valve goes to canister and canister is vented from the fuel tank.
I actually just change the vent cylinder valve which also goes to the canister on my Silverado truck. You did not put the year of your vehicle or the problems you are having.

Car will not start after refilling the gas tank on a 2003 Hyundai

sounds like you have a bad vent on your gas tank
next time try leaving your gas cap off after you fill and try and start then
if this works just drill a vent hole in the gas cap
or change the tank vent filter

First GUESS.. replace the charcoal canister after you have cleaned out the hoses between it and the canister. Then blow air between the purge control solenoid valve and the fuel tank.

AN AUTO TECH USING A DIAGNOSTIC MACHINE GOT A CODE PO442, FOR A SMALL EVAP EMMISSION CONTROL SYSTEM LEAK AROUND 11.26.08 ON MY 2003 HYUNDAI ACCENT. WHAT KIND OF COST CAN I EXPECT TO REPAIR THIS?

This DTC (P0442) depends on what caused the code to set. Most times it's simply a loose fuel cap or the O-ring on the fuel cap is damaged OR dirt got between the O-ring and the mating surface of the fuel filler tube. There are numerous possible causes for the DTC you have -- Fuel cap, pin hole in fuel system (evap hoses, fuel tank, fuel cap), canister close valve leaking, fuel tank pressure sensor malfunction, purge control solenoid valve malfunction, etc.
BEST SOLUTION: Take the vehicle into a Hyundai Service Center (dealership), pay the diagnostic fee. They will tell you EXACTLY what the problem is and what's needed to fix it (parts, labor, tax, time-frame, etc.). If you perfer to try and fix it yourself, Go to http://www.hmaservice.com/ and register (vehicle by VIN). Afterward, you'll have access to technical information (manuals, wiring diagrams, service bulletins, etc) about your vehicle.
