Thermostat location Anyone have a photo showing the location of the thermostat in a 1993 Toyota Corolla?

I found this useful diagram at troubleshoot vehicle.com. It answers your question. Fuse box is located below steering column.

very nice pictoral of where things are located on the corolla .for some reason the PCV valve does not seem to be listed but everything else is ...nice for general maritainence ..

the valve is probably on the right side of the valve cover .. it has a thick vacuum hose going to the intake manafold .. it plugs into a rubber hole on the valve cover ...

to find the thermostat,just follow the upper radiator hose till it ends,which is next to the battery.the thermostat is located right under the metal part that the upper radiator hose is connected to.it has 3 10mm screws holding it in place.just remove these 3 screws and pull it off and bingo,there is your thermostat.i'm sorry but i can't help you with the location of the ecu.hope at least the information i gave you helps.good luck and take care, manny

i am pretty sure that this type of car does not have a reset button for the fuel.i have the same toyota,but mines is a sedan and i have never seen one on it.if your not getting any fuel,check your fuses,if good,check your fuel pump which is located right under your rear seat.hope this info helps.good luck and take care, manny

Are you looking for thermostat? Look for housing with 2 bolts right under distributor area.

It could be the electric fans bad or relays or temp control sensor.

yes try a salvage yard check here for one: www.junkyarddog.com they help with locating salvage yards and try to find one that is self service and you take it off your self

Follow your upper rad hose to where it connects to your upper of part of your engine. It should be be easy to spot the expanded housing that the hose goes to. it's in this housing. Hope that helped.
