maybe the radiator? the thing that sits in front of the engine with the fan aimed at it? in that case, youll probably have to take off the fan housing, drain it via the drain plug at the bottom left or bottom right of it (dont do that if you have had the engine running recently itll burn) let it drain. take off all of the hoses connected to it, then it will be secured somehow around the edges, undo those points and it should come out. id suggest taking another approach at getting the 4th screw out however. smaller/different angled tools often do the trick

There is no external type fuel filter on the Santa Fe. It is built into the fuel pump module in the tank,you rould have to remove your rear seat bottom cushions and get to the access plate and remove the pump module. Can be very time consuming if you have never done this before.

Are you sure the fuelpump is good,even a bad regulator you should still have fuel preasure,the regulator if its not part of the pump should be on the fuel rail,

put 32 psi in all four tires thats fine.
