Very little info for a fix. Tie rod and upper ball joints do not make a front end shake. Lower ball joints wear out before the uppers do.
Front end shakes at what speed, if you have a broken belt in one of your front tires you will notice it more at low speeds. Mud or snow stuck in wheel will make them vibrate at speed. Lug nuts tight since front end work? You need to give more info. Switch front tires with back tires. If shake is in steering wheel it more than likely is front end but if you feel it in your seat it is more than likely in the rear of the car.

Question does it shake/vibrate when you apply brakes?

Did You Have a Front End Alignment done after front End Work Was Done? If The Tires Are Toed In to Much You Will Get Shaking In Front End Because The Tires Are Fighting for Positive Toe.

SOURCE: 2003 Dodge Durango clunking noise in front end can

With the information given this is not a sure solution. Questions that need to be asked is when does this happen, turning at slow speedm high speed, when hitting a pot hole etc? Since you have replaced a lot of things already, assuming you have NEW good quality parts so you did not replace bad parts with new bad parts i would definitelu check the pitman arm. This runs from the stering gear to the tierod. It can give you some good clunks while steering, especially at low speed when there is a lot of resistance. Check it by having someone turning the steering wheel when watchin/feeling it.

SOURCE: 2005 malibu maxx ball joint and lower control arm torque specs

A Ball Joint Can Usually Be Replaced Without Removing The Control Arm From The Vehicle. Place The Vehicle On Jack Stands. Remove The Shock Absorber And Install A Spring Compressor on The Coil Spring.Remove The Nut Securing The Ball Joint To The steering Knuckle And Separate The Knuckle And Then Joint. The Ball Joint Should Be Pressed,Riveted,Bolted,Or Screwed Into The Control Arm.A Service Manual Will Give The Details For The Specific Make And Model Vehicle.

Ball joint bolt fell out upper in 2007 GMC Envoy

Upper ball joint? That's not related to the job of replacing a tie rod or tie rod end. It's also not related to the brake job.

It's an '07 and it had a bolt-in ball joint? That's not factory - it's been replaced before.

FRONT END SHAKES WHILE DRIVING OVER BUMPS

It could be several things. First check your shocks by pushing down on the bumper with your knee 3 quick times to make it bounce. It should come up and down once, stopping in the middle of the second up. If it moves any more than that the shocks or struts need replacing.

Then check your tie rod ends and ball joints. There are 4 tie rod ends on your vehicle. They are attached to the front wheel and the steering box. There is an outer one on the wheel and an inner one at the steering rack. Try to move them side to side or up and down. Any movement means they need to be replaced.

To check the ball joints, you will have to jack the wheel up so it is clear of the ground. Grab the tire at 12 and 6 o'clock and try to move it in and out. If it moves, then have someone watch as you move it and see if the movement is at the bottom ball joint or the top one, if your car has an upper ball joint. Front wheel drive cars with spring/strut suspension don't have upper ball joints.

I would be inclined to suspect the tie rod ends as being your problem, but it could easily be multiple things so check them all. Hope this helps.

Front tire wear on inside creating pockets and road noise. how much of the front end do i need to replace to achieve alignment?

You can't stop short with front end repair or your just throughing money away . But upper and lower ball joints are the biggest problem on this vehicle . The uppers are not bolted they used rivits to hold them to the frame and with antilock brakes the vehicle shakes from side to side and this loosens the rivets once there loose the front end can not be alinged So start with that ball joints the rest of the parts are heavy dudty

How do I replace the upper ball joints in my 2002 Ford Explorer?

The upper ball joints are replaceable without replacing the control arms. Use Moog K80008 ball joints and a ball joint press.

Steering is stiff driving on the road... feels as if it sticking

1.It isn't a lower or upper ball-joint, lower ball-joint, nor tie-rod end. A lower ball-joint being bad, would make the front-end shake. Upper ball-joint, and tie rod ends being bad, would make steering erratic.

Sounds more like the problem is in the steering box. In all actuality, it almost sounds like the power steering pump wasn't changed. Are you sure it's a new, known, good pump?

My 2003 ford tauras shakes so bad on highway

I would have that front end checked as soon as possible. It could be anything, ball joints, tie rod ends, cv joints, could be the rack and pinion steering. If any one of these things break, you will loose your steering.
