Need to check for fuel pressure. There is a schrader valve on the fuel rail on the belt side of the motor under the upper intake. Really common for those vehicles' fuel pumps to **** out. If you have fuel check for spark. You can do that by removing a spark plug then connecting the wire back to it and leaving the plug tip near unpainted metal on the motor. Step back DO NOT TOUCH THE PLUG WHILE THE MOTOR IS BEING CRANKED and have someone else try to start the car. You will see a blue or white spark at the tip if you're getting spark. An orange or red spark indicates a weak ignition coil.

You definitely do not have a problem with spark if the motor cranks. Your issue is either fuel or compression. I'd check for fuel. Pumps go out in those all the time. It could be more difficult, but check for fuel before going further.
I was completely incorrect guaranteeing you had spark. That could still be your problem. A motor cranks without spark. I wasn't thinking when I typed that.
