Well just so you know when you take it to a shop. Unless you own the shop you get in line and there fore you don't get it done right away. And if you don't know what your doing you may do more damage to the paint and cost you even more money. So to answer your question yes the fender is held on by bolts clips and screws. And you may end up removing the hood and front bumper and inner fender to get the fender off. Then put it all back together to get the correct body gaps is a must so the hood and driver door opens correctly.

SOURCE: 2000 Hyundai Sonata front end wobbles.

put the front tires on the back and see if it changes.
alot of times,if the suspension is defective it wears the tires uneven ,out of round.
check and make sure the wheel nuts are tight and torqued properly.
alot of techs use just the gun,and not a torque stick and overtighten the wheel nuts.

POWER STEERING PROBLEM - CONTAINER CONSIST TWO LEVELS. SHOULD THE BOTTOM PART BE THE NORMAL COLOUR OF THE FLUID AND THE TOP PART APPEARS TO BE DIFFERENT THEN REMOVE THE CONTAINER AND CLEAN PROPERLY AS THERE IS A SIEVE BETWEEN THE TWO LEVELS WHICH IS BLOCKED. DRAIN OIL FROM POWER STEERING SYSTEM AND REFILL WITH NEW OIL.
iF BELTS WERE RECENTLY CHANGED THEN THE PROBLEM MIGHT LY BY ONE OF THE PULLEYS THAT IS WARN. MEANING THAT THE BELT INBEDDS TO DEEP INTO THE PULLEY AND CAUSE THE BELT TO SQUEL. SHOULD YOU POUR WATER ONTO THE BELT WHILE IT IS SQUELING IT PROVES THAT IT IS EITHER THE BELT THAT NEEDS REPLACELMENT OR ONE OF THE PULLEY PROVIDING THE BELT TENSION IS INSPECT

SOURCE: My sonata idles hard

check the fuel filter and also check the fuel pump pressures. Either one may be starting to get plugged up. Rule of thumb, change both, if one is plugged up, the other will soon follow. Also check the TP sensor (throttle position sensor) It may have a "dead" spot. As for the sub frame, Hyundai has a re-call on your model. Heres the link to the recall http://www-odi.nhtsa.dot.gov/recalls/results.cfm?rcl_id=09V124000&searchtype=quicksearch&summary=true&refurl=rss

How too remoove driver side fender 2005 envoy

once you have removed the headlight assembly and remove the bolt behind the headlight assembly, continue locating the 10mm bolts attaching the fender along the top side, along the bottom in front and behind of the tire, open the drivers side front door, look into the opening between the door hinges and with a flashlight and a long extension on your ratchet you will then remove the two bolts between the fender and door, one on top and one at the bottom. you also have to remove the retaining bolts that attach the inner fender liner to the fender.

My front driver side tire blew out the lug nuts and the tire shout out. I need to replace the fender and studs. Could you tell me how to replace the fender?

The fender is bolted to the frame on the top, front, bottom and also at the rear, by the door. Just loosen all the bolts holding it on, pull it off and put the new one back on with all the same bolts. Also, the top bolts on the fender are hex type bolt heads.

You have to remove or loosen the inner fender well on that side, and there are three 10mm bolts holding it to the bumper cover.
