Hi Amalia:
The ABS warning light comes on when there is a fault in the ABS System. When the light is on the ABS System is not working. A diagnostic scanner computer would be required to pull the trouble code and to diagnose the failed component would need to be repaired or replaced to get the light to go out.

my abs light says it hoses no voltage to abs motor but scanner sayes it has 9.6 volts + - a few volts what do i need to do to do the repair please let me know i am working on a 1999 jeep grand Cherokee limited 4 wheel drive
