Hi, I think you have a bad altinator or eletrical short which drains your battery over night, once you jump start your vehicle the altinator charges your battery enough that it starts all day but if it is parked for longer time the battery drains.

Thank you for your answer. But before jump starting I used my cars fully charged battery itself, but the engine doesn't start. So, I followed jump starting and it worked. Then I checked my car battery it was good. After reading your answer, I asked my mechanic, he checked all the electrical wiring and alternator, both of them are good. Yesterday morning we tried again, but the same problem, the engine doesn't start. So my mechanic took out the crankshaft sensor, cleaned it, removed the rubber washer attached to it, and put it back, and the engine started. So the problem was with the cranshaft sensor's rubber washer. Now my car starts normally in morning. And the problem is solved.

Hello all I have an accent 2005 CRDI. It starts in the morning After a little ride It stubborns to start and I can see lot of smoke and the mechanic says it is fuel injector problem. Please advice .

Venkata, According to Injectorrx.com: "
Fuel injector symptoms for bad, faulty, dirty, clogged, or leaking injectors are :

  • Starting issues

  • Poor idle

  • Failed emissions

  • Poor Performance

  • Engine does not reach full RPM

  • Increased fuel consumption

  • Rough engine performance

  • Surging and bucking under various throttle loads

  • Smoke from the tail pipe

  • Engine Knock or Detonation which can lead to catastrophic engine failure

  • Pollution"

Venakta: I have had very good luck with a fuel injector cleaner sold by Advanced Auto called KX44 but some people like Seafoam. It is a cheaper place to start than with a mechanic.

Hi, I own an accent CRDi '06. My problem is that, engine wont start in the mornings. But it does start on push start. After that it runs normally throughout the day and starts normally. I've checked...

when an engine will not start off the starter motor but will push start it indicates a problem battery or dirty battery posts or terminals
what is happening is that the capacity of the battery is reduced( especially on cold mornings) and the current draw to the starter drops the available current available to the ECM for the ignition system and so it will not power up
push starting is diverting all available power to the ECM so it starts
unless a jumper battery is connected correctly( positive to positive and negative to the engine --not the negative of the battery) it is just feeding power to the dead battery and nothing is achieved for the ECM and ignition system
to check a battery correctly a load tester has to be applied to the battery and when the test is applied , there is a discharge across a resistance equal to a starter motor draw and that is referred to a voltage drop on the meter
batteries will read a 12 volts across the terminals but when loaded down that voltage drops to around 10 volts for a good battery and less than 6 for a faulty battery
the other item of concern is that when the starter is engaged , there is a requirement for the run circuit to be energized so that spark can be produced and if that circuit has a faulty wire or connections the problem could be there
Take the car to an accredited auto electrician, have the battery load tested and have the circuit on the start side of the ignition switch checked

Hyundai Accent losing power when hot

sometimes loss of power can be caused by a clogged catalytic converter which can make the car at times hesitate, and about the trasmission maybe the governor on it might be faulty what that does it changes the gears when it reaches certain speed

2002 Hyundai Accent Problem

first thing i need to know is did the timing belt break?
second is are you sure you aligned the timing marks and after the belt tensioner was tight you rechecked to make sure the timing stayed where you had it.
next step would be a compression check to if a valve was bent whenchanging the belt
i have seen this happen and this engine is an interferance engine.
