Once upon a time... half a century ago...
Carbureted engines had a hard rod between the throttle... and a Vacuum dashpot that FAIRLY EFFECTIVELY... signaled those
transmissions when to shift...
Likewise... when those same carburetors were out of whack...
Those old time (not so bad) engines were equally bogged down...
Probably not as efficiently...
All the new electronic bells & whistles are merely
relating INTERREALATIONS we already know...
So when you say you remove the foot from the "gas"
the VACUUM CLIMBS... the tranny shifts
AS IT SHOULD...
You know the trouble is the MANIFOLD PRESSURE or
the transmission control module (TCM)...
The choice which to try first is doubly EASY...
COST & DIFFICUTY of the MAP is easy & low.
If that guess is wrong you know to label the
MAINIFOLD AIR Sensor as a GOOD SPARE...
AND move on the TCM.
Principles remain the same...
Cheapest & easiest first...
Hope this helps!!!

you could check the fuel pump i recently had some problems with my punp after i replaced it where i would get to 3k rpms and it would sorta shut down and wouldnt go past it untill i let off the pedal

not sure if this is the answer yet but i have the same problem with the same codes i work at an auto parts store and a few of the techs that are customers have lead me in the direction of changing the ignition switch, i am doing it today will let you know if it solves the problem

Check for fuel pump operating, if running check the pressure. Fuel pressure springs are likely to fail in these TBI units.

probably a problem with TPS sensor ot electronic pedal sensor

It's hard to find these small leaks. If you have a vacuum pump, there are a few tests you can run on the components of the system. See below. Fig. Fig. 1: Cross-section of the vapor canister
TESTING
Vapor Canister
See Figure 1
If the canister is equipped with a constant purge hole, a small amount of air will pass into the canister.
