It's in the engine compartment IOD#2. It's a black module with two fuses in it. Take that module off and replace the 20 AMP one.

Hey there,

Get yourself a flashlight and a pair of needle-nose pliers.
The fuse panel is located under the dash.
Next to each fuse is a name (legend).
Find the one labeled 'Radio' and pull it out with the pliers.
When you hold it up to the light, does the filament look broken or burnt?
If so, replace it with the same size fuse.

If you have additional problems let me know

Mike

    Badehn,

A little premature on the rating there.

Since they aren't marked, check them all and replace the blown one.

Start with the 10's, then go up to the 15's and so on.

    Good luck
    Mike

My 2005 grand cherokees radio is a black screen from time to time it comes on and then fades away back to a black screen.

Your radio may have two power feeds. Check the fuses. Make sure they all have voltage. Try taking off the battery cable again. Seems to help with other problems. See forum.

My bluetooth in my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited stopped working. Is there a way that I can reset the bluetooth? The dealership has reset it once but I can not figure out how to do it. Any advice?

.. "old style way" :)) - try to disconnect the battery for 10-15 minutes, the radio should reset itself. BUT make sure you have your radio code for it. Good luck

2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee Problem

I would start by checking all the fuses under the hood.
There is a fuse called IOD which the factory leaves out and gets put in at the dealer.
That fuse could be bad.
