Is it all the brake lights on the back? If so, likely the plastic plug on the brake pedal arm that opens the brake switch when the pedal is released. Many manufacturers use this setup. My Accord had this problem- noticed pieces of plastic in the floor. Used a plastic clip like for the fender liner, through the hole in the brake pedal arm. Some people glue a penny over the hole. When pedal is pushed, the plunger comes out of the switch and turns brake lights on. Without the little plug to push the plunger in when pedal is released, the plunger is always out, and brake lights are always on. Get a flashlight and look at your pedal under dash.

No reaction to starting fluid means no spark. Cam sensor, timing sensor, spark plug coils etc. Likely will take a mechanic with professional testing tools to find the cause.

check and inspect bushings and linkage

You should check the linkage for the shifter. I believe there are 2 cables from shifter to transmission.

You have a small pressure leak in the vent system. You may need to take it to a shop and they can do a smoke test to find the leak.

Ck the condition of the plug.... Is it free of corrosion? Is it tight still making a good connection with the male prongs on the headlight? Does it flicker with the high beam on as well? Test for voltage and you should have at least battery voltage. If this is all good follow the wires from the plug & ck for rubs/abrasions in it.... this will lead all the way to your dimmer switch. Since your issue is with only one side that would be very unlikely.

Check the door lock actuators on the doors that are not locking.

Most likely they both (engine coolant temp ECT) send the signal to the ECM is there a reason for you're question related to a problem on your vehicle?

If you can shift when key on engine off, then prob clutch or slave. If not then internal transmission fault.

there should be a hole in the plastic cover near your radiator support that uses a Philips screwdriver to adjust the headlights up and down. good luck.
