91 land cruiser runs great in cooler temperatures but when outside temp over 88 deg, engine gets sluggish and runs hot/pings; coolant is fine, no leaks, new tune-up, no computer codes, temp gauge fine

If you're finding it difficult to service/repair your car, get one of those online manuals. You'll not have to wait for others to answer, or rely on mechanics and all. Plus i know a website that sells very cheap but very very good manuals online, without expiry i.e. for lifetime.

How to fix my tail lights, my head lights work, brake light works and turn signals work, dash do too

Maybe a broken or lose wire. The turn signal and brake lights operate from one wire and the tail lights operate from a separate wire. It is possible that the tail light elements burned out of both bulbs. Pull the bulbs out and check them first.

Can I take smog equipment off 91 land cruiser

Injector pumps rely on information sent from sensors on the engine to ajust fuel mapping, this is also affected by smog reduction systems. In 91 engines were less electronically controlled than they are today. Some of the anti smog systems rely on vaccuum pipes and diaphrams, these systems are often linked to other vehicule systems such as 4x4 operation. you could try unplugging each system to see how it affects performance but my advice would be to diagnose and repair to factory spec. whatever it is that has failed.

Fly wheel torque

I never worry about torqueing them. Just do them up very tight with a power bar and socket. You'll need to stop the motor from turning either with a bar jammed into the ring gear or a socket and bar on the front pulley nut. I use the bar in the ring gear method.

Didnt get pick

Not much information to go on, but if you mean that the engine is not running smoothly throughout the revolution range, I would check all the vaccuum hoses, if you think it is misfiring on one cylinder you could try the following,- get a 17mm or 14mm spanner and with the engine running, carefully crack open each injector pipe where it connects to the top of the injectors (one at a time), if you crack an injector pipe open and the misfire gets worse, it means the injector is probably working ok, when you open one and it makes no difference to the engine running it means that particular injector is not working and probably needs replacing.

Diff locks not engaging on 80 series landcruiser

I think these actuators depend on vaccuum, check that all the hoses are in place and intact, could also be the vaccuum pump.
