HOW TO CHANGE LICENSE PLATE BULB ON 2004 COROLLA LE
After looking for the answer to do the same I found two sites with the same 8 step instructions. Here is one of the two URLS
http://www.ehow.com/how_5028612_replace-license-plate-light-bulb.htmlFrom what I see before tearing into it this appears to be the solution though I'll know tomorrow after following it.Tools: 1 flathead screw driver, 1 phillips screw driver, 1 needle nose pliersOverview of 8 stepsMust remove several liner clips then emergency trunk release handle to clear access then remove wiring to lamps, remove burnt bulb, replace bulb and reverse steps to put things back together. The steps tell where to gently squeeze clips or unlock clip screws and bulb with 1/4 turn twists and when to pry with flat head screw driver.Remember standard rule: if it feels like it is being forced then stop and look.

ABS brakes lock/bind when driving,
Open the bleeder on the caliper and take the cap of the master cylinder and let it sit for a few minutes. If still you get no fluid out try opening the metal line where it does into the rubber line and see if fluid comes out there. If so you have a bad brake hose which is common. If you still dont get any try to have someone help you bleed it. Mean having someone sit in it and you open the caliper bleeder and tell them to press down on the brake pedal and hold it. When they have the pedal on the floor you close the bleeder. Repeat this several times until fluid is coming out of the bleeder. After you have fluid coming out, have them pump the brake pedal 3 or 4 time and on the last pump keep presure on the brake. Take a min now and check your brake fluid level, running out would kinda be a pain. Now open the bleeder and allow the brake pedal to sink to the floor of the car. Ask the helper to tell you when the pedal is on the floor and not moving anymore and then, while they are still holding it down close the bleeder. I would do that again once more and then remember to re check your fluid level in the master cylinder.

How do i stretch a parking brake cable
Attach cable to brake shoe before mounting the brake. You might have to wedge it in position. After-which adjust brake shoe pressure against the drum. Loosen or tighten adjustment tension nut at the hand brake lever if necessary (before and after).
