This code means the Evaporator Emissions valve is stuck closed. This is a small electric solenoid valve that usually fits in line with the evaporator cannister lines. It allows the system to pass Emissions tests and helps gas fumes to be eliminated.

In order to do this you need special tools and charging tools as well as an AC evacuation pump. If you don't have this specialized equipment you would be wasting your money.
My trunk lights won't work and I see 12 volts on the hot and ground wires
You should only have 12V on the hot side. If you have a state of 12v on both hot and ground, then you have no way for the current to flow thru the bulb. You need to trace down the circuit and find out what is responsible for turning them on and closing the circuit to ground. My guess is your switch on your dash that controls your interior lights. Trace that circuit down and you will find your problem. Good Luck!!

clairify a/c on cold a/c off warm as in hot like heater hot?? did you loose a pen or something down the defrost vent???? ther is whats called a blend door inside the heater box under the dash it opens or closes for warm or cold and varies inbetween to give warm . ther is a motor that controls the door,, have you heard clicking in the dash as u move the temp dial???the lil motor has plastic gears that will strip.or it will just quit. sometimes the heater controler will be faulty itself, start by checking there.. get parts from auto wreckers cheapest way to go!!!
