one goes to FPR regulator. and other to evap then both go to the full hard vacuum port on rear of TB or on intake manifold plenum (pre intake runners) there. (oops seen nipplee empty. on all cars made. in fact.(vac FPR) FPR dead like that causes , huge fuel pressure at idle. and burns tons of fuel ,stalls and or floods he engine and melts the CAT (***** of cat and worse) never ever fun any Vacuum FPR , with no vacuum hose pure rotten bad.

You can clear it by disconnecting the battery for 30 minutes, but you open up a whole can of worms, resetting the anti-theft system and immobilizer, finding the radio code and all the things that need re-learning. The proper way to clear codes is with a scan tool. If you want to clear all historical data, you need a pro grade scan tool COMPUTER, and that is what you need now, not to clear the codes but to diagnose all the computer modules, sensors, and transmission solenoids that are causing the issue. If you ask at a bodywork repair shop, they will tell you what is required by name. Try not to buy Jaguar parts as they are grosly overpriced. They are the same as the Ford parts.

the most likely cause of the air bag prob is the steering wheel ribbon connector module behind the steering wheel it is going open circuit intermittantly the battery warning sounds like a differant issue. the car you have had big problems with corroded wiring at the front end ie.around the front bumper/engine bay area so perhaps the battery warning light may a cause of corroded wiring

i worked for a jag franchise dealer and one off the issues with your vehicle was just what your are asking for help. the factory came out with a fix and it was to renew all the servo motors on the climate unit cos its got a dual system and the prob is the fascia vents then its the fascia vent servo motor has failed is the centre vent the same?

Use the .05. And if you didn't replace the plug wires there's a good chance that it separated it when you we're taking it off. You can replace the wires or get up ohmmeter and check the continuity of the wires

the spare wiring is because the manufacture will use a wiring harness for the same model for differant specifications and leave the unused connectors thats not needed to install the upgrade system you have got the wiring there but you may need a power amplifier more speakers and not knowing what model stype you have you may have to have the audio head unit reprogrammed

your climate control system is a twin system it has a duel control valve in its normal state it defaults to open both ways unless your heater matrix is blocked then if not the valve has failed or more than likely the wiring to it has corroded. on the valve electrical connector there is 3 wires the centre one is battery positive and normally goes o/c because of corroded wiring around the front bumper liner.check the centre wire using a test lamp like a 21 watt bulb to power load the supply if thats ok then you have to check the wiring back to the climate module the wiring on these cars have been a large prob around the front bumper
