HONDA CIVIC 2001 rear brakes put on new brakes
Hi, When you adjust them they should have a light drag as the wheel spins. The E brake should be the same on both sides. As for the noise I hope you bought the OE (original equipment) brake shoes. The other brands will squeal. Good Luck

Overheating in 2001 Honda Civic
Check thermostat first. Maybe not the problem but new thermostat and housing gasket are very cheap and with this many miles it wouldn't hurt to install new one anyway. Just a little labor.
Air Conditioner does not stay cold in my 1991
Hi, it sounds like you have you have a leak. Bringing your car in for service for this kind of repair usually can cost several hundred dollars, 300 - 500 $. This problem is usually a leaky o-ring at one of the hose connections, so in order to find it you need to put a dye tracer in with the freon. There is possible ways that you could fix it your self. First go to your local auto parts store and pick up a can of freon with a sealer in it and give that a try, or you can go all out and get a kit that has what you will need to trace the leak, then you can replace the defective part and then re-charge the system. My power streeing pump is making noise , however
power steering fluid loses viscosity and usefulness over time- I recomend replacing the power steering fluid, and using Lucas brand power steering stop leak, I swear by that stuff, My old caprice was losing all the power steering fluid EVERY single day! 2 truck size bottles of that gunk from lucas and it worked fine for over a year not so much as a drop. It is also over compressing in the sump, either too much or its foaming cause its broke down.
Get some new fluid in there, top it up with Lucas, and have a nice day!
