watre in a head light is not good It will short out the bulb but more importantly will rust out the reflector of the light If the car is under warranty , get it replaced if not get a sealed unit from the wreckers/junk yards

You need to check the choke on the engine for cold starts it chokes off air to the fuel mix . if it is closed to much the engine will want to die and shake. When the car warms up the choke opens and the car gets air and runs fine although the choke could just be part open. It still will need adjusting. Hope this helps Mike

There should be a U shaped clip that pushes in from the front side of the shifter. Use a small flatheaded screwdriver to pull it out.

IAT is: Intake air Temperature sensor. MAP is: Manifold Absolute Pressure sensor. This one seems more important than the air temp. They come together as one device. Try www.Autozone.com for more advise. Hope this helps.

Hi Steve: You do like to have fun don't you. If you have access to a hoist it may be a lot easier to try this. My first question is, "How do you know that they need to be replaced"? If it froze a bit and the plugs have popped, it may be a lot easier to finish removing them. If you do get them out, getting the replacements in will be tricky since as you know, there's not much room. So if you have the old ones out and are ready to put the new ones in, do a "dry run" to see how it will go. Is there room to slide a socket into the new plug and be able to tap it into place? If not, is there room and something available to pry against to push them in? Last resort, with both the new plugs and the holes clean (like really clean) put the new plugs in your freezer overnight. You need them cold to do this. Wipe the receiving edge of the hole with sealant. Then, quickly get the COLD plug and tuck it into place, tapping gently in around the edges if the's not room for the socket trick. If you're really masochistic, you can try all of this working on the ground under the car on ramps or jack stands. If you do, WORK SAFE! Block the wheels, transmission in park, and hide the keys. It is also possible that you could try most of this working from the top. There would be a few parts to remove to give access. Bottom line, whatever works PROVIDED NOBODY GETS HURT.

Hi Sarah I'd really suggest that you get some new keys. If you have your VIN info your dealer shouold be able to help you. Bypassinf the smart lock is an invitation to having the car stolen.

basic electrical circuit , Battery earth and power, to fuse's and relays power and earth, to user's ie switch's ,motors etc , called earth return as earth of components does not have to got to the battery as the battery is earthed to the vehicle chassis, so the earth of components (user's) can be put to the chassis as well hence earth return, does this help in any way ?

Unless you have a totally stripped-down Eldorado, your speedometer is most likely ELECTRONIC (probably even has a digital readout). Check your Trip Computer. Has it stopped reading fuel economy, distance to empty, etc.? Is your odometer also not adding miles as you drive? If affirmative to all of the above, replace your SPEED SENSOR, and you'll be all set :)

very eazy go to parts store and buy ac kit , but first check if it requires Freon 112 or 134-a if it is 112 you'll need a conversion kit that includes an adaptor for this no matter witch one it is it is ment to go on the LOW pressure side only follow all directions and you'll soon be cool
