My driver side window wont go up after i had to get a jump on my 2006 pt cruiser

If the other windows all work then you either have a switch issue or a window lift motor issue most likely. The system can be scanned for faults to verify the BCM control module is ok, it could have been damaged by improper battery jump starting.

Pt cruiser 2006 horn & right hand head lamp not working where is fuse box to replace fuses

Box is under the hood, drivers side. But you don't have fuses for the horn or light. You'll have to check for power and ground at the plugs for both.

I have a 2006 PT Cruiser, Touring non-turbo model, which does not have a schrader valve or a fuel pump fuse or relay. How do I depressurize the fuel line to remove the injector rail?

If you don't know the source of the gasoline smell, why would you go to the trouble of replacing the O rings? It would be better to identify the source before jumping into a repair like that only to find out after all that work, it still smells like fuel . you can loosen the fuel line fitting slightly to release pressure. I'd do that on a completely cold engine.

2006 pt cruiser. It ran, stood for around 2month and won't crank up. I hear the fuel pump, the starter will not move, I replaced the starter and still no crank or move on the starter.

Can you hear a relay clicking when you turn the key over to "Start"? if not then a faulty relay could be the reason the starter motor is not cranking over. Is the starter solenoid "clicking in" but the engine not turning over? if so , can you turn the engine over by hand?

Break pedal hard to push for 2006 pt cruiser

There is a vacuum assist on these, if it is bad, the pedal becomes hard to depress. They are not for a non mechanic to replace, get estimates from several places.

Insturment panel is not working

An instrument cluster is the collection of gauges, dials and lights right above the steering wheel that tell you what's going on in your vehicle. Generally, your car's instrument cluster will last the lifetime of the car and you'll never have a problem with any of them. However, when one of them fail, you'll have a problem that ranges from mildly annoying (the engine lights up and doesn't turn off) to inconvenient (the gas gauge doesn't register) to dangerous (the oil indicator doesn't work). Some of the more common failures include:
  • Erratic or non-functional gauges & inaccurate readings.
  • LCD not Stuck or fluttering needles on gauges
  • Burned out indicator lights
  • Burned out/dark spot backlighting
  • Loss of LCD display or erratic operation (number 8 showing as 0

My 06 pt base would start then die, then run a couple days later same thing, now no tail lights work cause there fried to, if the ground going from batt to motor is fried and i replaced it what next

Sounds like a possible regulator problem if your light bulbs are actually burnt out. The regulator is usually built into the alternator. If you were getting overvoltage, then it could have fried many things. But the ground going from battery to motor seems almost unbelievable. That would definitely point to the alternator being shorted. It may have destroyed the battery too. You'll be lucky if it didn't blow some fuses or destroy a computer in the PT.
