You may have a crimped exhaust that restrictes exhaust thru your catalytic converter. Another problem could be your fuel line connections. I would have them checked for crimping. Also have the fuel pump electrical connections checked

I would suggest you check for power at the fuel pump or check for a bend or dent or blockage in the fuel line. also check that the pipes have been connected correctly because if I remember they have a flow and return. Another thing to check is that the tank is not getting airlocked, try it with the fuel cap off.
