Best advice is to ask a local mechanic to have a look for you as it could be a cable problem or a jammed solonoid ,most autos have a emergency hole in the from side where the gearshift is to release it for towing recovery and this solonoid isnt working for whatever reason and from afar i cannot tell you exactly what is wrong

If your radio has theft lock you have to take it to the dealership to unlock
