Car is off but the radio,rear wiper and parking light buy the shifter is still on what do i do?

that is bad relay or bad ignition switch.
did you check the GM recall to see if it covers yours.
blink 2 times and it might seems GM pres, adds cars every day, now.
when you turn the Ignition off (not the car) the power to all accessories
end, some cars have a RAP relay that can stick
on my car ,new the radio stays on for like 5 minutes. key out.
this is a feature. im not looking yours up, too lazy
but you can look this up in the cars FSM.

so ill just to shifter,
the shifter light works off of PARK lamps. so will be on only if park is on. (head lamps on 1 click is PARK)
so make sure that is off.
posting all things stuck on, there are 100s of things to stick on
if we know that , this fact tells use what main feed is stuck.

Where is window relay
Why are you looking for the window relay? If the window doesn't work who told you it was the relay?
Brakes
First off Check to see if the brake fluid reservoir is low. If it is look for leak by following the steel lines off the master cylinder out to the wheels. You can also look for a leak at the calipers themselves. Bake fluid is almost clear when new but develops a brownish color aftera while. If there are no leaks and the business end of the brakes are in good shape then your master cylinder has most likely failed.
My 2006 equinox won't start after it warms up
Hi,
Does it only 'not start' after putting in gas or anytime after it's been warmed up?
Does the Check Engine Light come on? If so, take it to an auto parts store and they will usually check it for free.
Google the codes displayed when checked to see what to fix.
