Maxda B4000 RPM skips 2000 to 5000

If you can actually hear the engine race up to 5000 RPM you may have a serious problem. But more then likely you cant actually hear the engine rev up. If this is the case I would suspect a bad Tachometer ground wire.

Hi, it's either the headlight switch or the tail lamp fuse. Check the fuse first. Sometimes using the wrong bulb will cause the fuse to burn out. It can also be a bad socket that burns the fuse.

Front hub will not lock in on 4wd - all else works

im not familiar with truck but her are some ideas, when you say hub are you saying only one? does this truck have manual or auto hubs? If so, some times the hub grease gets to cold and will not allow the hub gears to slide or engage. Its possible that the drivetrain or 4x4 works but hub is stripped gear, use axle grease on bearings but use lithium grease on gear.

What is the correct torque for replacing filler

If you are talking about the plug where you add oil to the transmission, there is no specific torque. You just tighten it till it's reasonably tight.
