Well it really could be either one.The impeller or a valve inside the pump could have failed, and so could a seal inside the rack.You would need to disconnect the pump and test it to see if it is capable of pushing fluid.

at alternator gig wire battery voltage,one wire battery volts one less . battery volts wire goes to automatic shut down relay, less then battery voltage wire to pcm fuse will be 20 amp just ck all that size.

Might have to add a heavy duty flasher. Or u have a short or one of the other blubs burnt out. Check all lights.Check your wiring.

You have to take the tank down . The fuel pump is inside the gas tank.

EGR VALVE ON TOP FRONT OF INTAKE MANIFOLD.ITS ROUND LOOKING HAS WIRES GOING TO IT AND IT HAS A SMALL FLEXIBLE METAL PIPE THAT CONNECTS TO IT AND THE THE EXHAUST MANIFOLD.

Buy a manual . Have you looked under you hood and what your asking these guys for?

Has any of those mechanics checked for air in the cooling
system, as it goes around under the dash?

Check fuel pressure regulator for fuel in the vacuum line.
