Tap the ignition tumbler with a small gammer as you turn the steering wheel and wiggle the key spray some release fluid in as well if you can see if that works it ware in the tumbeler mine does it some times i spray wd40 in the key hole now and again its possiblebthey keys worn and sticking as the key is softer than the metal parts in the tumbler

The entire key hub will have to be replaced - it's a long and delicate job, only highly trained people should do it. Select a repair shop carefully, bad ones will do a lot of expensive damage trying to fix this.
