Is the check engine light on ?Have you checked fuel pressure with a gauge ?

Low valve it should have a blue or black cap with an L on top of the cap and most of the time its on or close to the fire wall. If not it will be towards the front, but with a car that age I'm 90% positive that its by the firewall. So just follow your tubing and you will see it.

Can you give more of a description of what happens ?Does the engine crank over ? Does it try to start ?

No , but if you let it go the you could messup the trans

You'll need to find out if you are loosing spark or fuel when it stops running. Each system has a set of tests to run.If no fuel you should be able to make it start on carb cleaner spray to confirm.Could be the ignition module, a relay, or several other things.

i have the same exact problem! The temp sensor replacement did nothing for it either

did you replace all of the bulbs on that side in the back if you did then it has a short in the wiring

You need to first test for power and ground arriving at the motor to determine which one is missing and that will dictate your next test.

This is a big problem I also had the same problem with my 1999 Buick Regal LS The plastic sockets get too hot and have to be replaced $40.. a pop I pulled the running light fuse several years ago and have not had any more problems I would rather have turn signals than running lights

check for loose dirty connections. check for faulty/ rusted earth point

Maybe bad ground of the battery...

have a load test done on the battery for failing cell and have the output of the alternator checked as if the battery is faulty then the alternator has trouble supplying enough current to run every thing electrical
