What Should I try next
Are you using any coolant? If you are try head gasket. You could also have a bad module inside the transmission or you should have a speed module on the outside of transmission that could be going bad.Does it overheat? Check your radiator not the coolant jug, also when it heats up check your hoses to make sure they are not collapsed or flat, if they are either the hose is bad or low on coolant. Did you try replacing the transmission filter or have it flushed? Try these and see if it helps.
How do I get my right rear window to go up?
Take the door panel off, Try hitting the motor to jar it as sometimes the motor jams as it has went down too far. Hook up the switch and jar the motor if that don't work you can remove motor and get window up and reinstall the motor. (No power, a wire is broken usually in the drivers door as the wires go thru door jams you will have to remove the rubber and pull on the wires individually and one will come into, the splice it back together, sometimes you have to add some wire. You must cut the bad out first. Good Luck!
