Sounds like 1 or more of your ground straps from the engine block to the frame either are disconnected or are loose.. I would check there 1st, especially if the engine has been removed and replaced.

Look for a bad connection, switch, bad ground.

Take the screws off the door hinge underneath the dash.

One or more of the devices you plugged into the outlet is shorted. The fuse is under the hood, check the owner's manual for the exact position.

There is a metal rod that connects the inside handle to the door latch mechanism. It is locked in place by plastic fasteners. One has fallen off the end of the rod. Opening the door panel requires special tools to prevent permanent damage to the panel.

Unhook connector, remove bolt, wiggle it off, then reverse order to reinstall new one. You need a Tech 2 to relearn/reprogram crank sensor. Most garage mechanics will have one.

Bad battery!

I solved my problem by reflashing the computer. You have to go to the Buick dealership and tell them about the issue and they should know how to reprogram the computer. This is not free, so you will have to pay for it.

Take this to a qualified electrical troubleshooter. It could be anything from a bad connector or bad AC compressor or body control module. I suspect there could be a loose ground wire that the AC control module and the body control module share in common.
