Sounds like a broken wire on the drivers side . A rubber boot at the front of the door. This is where the wires break first. To check for power and ground to the parts you have to pull the switches and door panel.

you may need to top up the coolant,r112,r140or what ever the car is useing. if the car can'nt be topped up then you have a leak that needs to be fixed,usually the drier.

After studying one for some time and almost giving up I finally checked the owner's manual. It pointed out that there is a bulb access door under the front passenger-side wheel well. I found it, removed the screw and the bulb access door, and was able with some nimble finger work to replace the bulb. It was really neat the way they designed it. But it almost made me take the car to a dealership for what turned out to be a fairly easy repair. When in doubt, read the instructions!

if you know there is suppose to be vac.pull it off aand feel with your finger you can feel it.mechanics wire, carb cleaner with red supplied tube,maybe easier to splice new peice in.

make sure proper amount of 134A is in system .if filled check fuse for compressor

check the EGR valve and everything connected to it.

If the Freon is low then the a/c clutch will not cut on.There should be a fuse box under the hood and the relay will be in it.

there cheap-getta new one-its major cause of fuel consume-cause its not reachn proper operating temp--and nevr evr go to a dealer-they dont hav the $$ for best techs-stic w private shops u feel are righteous-------oh a scan doesnt show evrything thats wrong
