The crusie control not working would be caused by brake lights being on same as for the key not coming out . You need to test the brake pedal position sensor . The brake pedal position sensor is under the dash hooked to the brake pedal arm . You need a wiring diagram to tell which wires are what . The pedal position sensor isn't like brake light switch from years past , it's an input for the BCM - body control module .There is three wires at the switch , 5 volt ref. , ground and signal . All go to theBCM . You could have a sensor problem , problem with the BCM . There could be DTC'S - diagnostic trouble codes stored in the BCM .
The brake pedal position sensor is used to sense the action of the driver application of the brake pedal. The body control module (BCM) provides a 5-volt reference voltage and low reference to the brake pedal position sensor. The position sensor provides an analog voltage signal back to the BCM that will increase as the brake pedal is applied. When the brake pedal is applied, the BCM will then apply battery voltage to the left and right stop/turn signal lamp supply voltage circuits and the center high mounted stop lamp (CHMSL) supply voltage circuit illuminating the stop lamps. At the same time the BCM applies battery voltage through the signal circuit to the transmission control module (TCM) and the engine control module (ECM) indicating that the brakes are applied.
Your best bet would bet to take it to qualified repair shop
I assume you mean you want to disable the interior lights - short of pulling the right fuse, you can't. If you mean you can't get them to turn off, there are a few things that turn them on, such as one of the four door switches or the unlock button on your remote. If one of the switches is defective (grounding) the lights may never go off.
Try blowing compressed air up the pipe from under the car. Or push a light piece of wire up it. It will take a long time to do it from inside. Regards Jim...
If the water is clear, chances are its from the air cond. If it is oily, it could be coolant leaking from the heater core.If it is still covered under factory warranty I would have the dealer take a look.
It most likely doesn't have one. A lot of newer cars are no longer coming with them. If it would have one it would be near the tank on the pressure side of the fuel line. If one can't be seen than it most likely don't have one.
You can't override it. The anti theft system and immobilizer are there to stop exactly what you are trying to do, start the car with a key that is not programmed to the car. You have to fix the problem, not find a way around it. You need to reset it to recognise the key. If you didn't buy a new chipped key, you have a valet key and it won't start the vehicle ever..

it has to go into the radiator low somewhere, look for the start of it there...the other end may be > the water pump outlet. Usually...unless there is something freaky about the particular one, these rad hoses are clamped either end with either a stiff spring clip clamp, which needs pliers ...or a gear clamp, which needs screwdriver.Have something in place to drain radiator contents into.
If the Stabilitrak Yaw sensor box gets full of water you will get the Service Stabilitrak message.
The 2006-2011 Cadillac DTS and Buick Lucerne have a manufacturing defect of a major water leak problem at the bottom of the driver's side A pillar just below the windshield, accessible after the air inlet grille panel under the wiper blades is removed. The GM service manual bulletin #PI0356A (June 8, 2011) vaguely outlines how to seal off this opening, see attached photo taken from this bulletin. After sealing the obvious unsealed seams, I had to use fire-block insulating foam to close off the large 1 inch remaining upper opening.
The Cadillac DTS has another water leak path in the left front hinge pillar area under the wheelhouse liner noted in the same service bulletin.
In our Lucerne CXS, water actually flooded the Stabilitrak Yaw sensor box which is under the carpet under the driver's seat, resulting in the service Stabilitrak message . It's a major chore to remove the seats, trim and center console just to get the carpets out to dry. The carpets are difficult to dry because they have 1 inch of foam attached which holds a lot of water.
After removing the carpets and sealing the obvious seams, water still poured in when tested with a water hose and it was then I discovered that the water was getting in through the large upper opening which I used fire-block foam to seal. It's best to water test before you put everything back together.
You can quickly check if you have a water leak problem in your vehicle by popping up the rear seat bottom, removing the carpet clip and lifting the carpet on the driver's side rear passenger seat. Ours had about a 1/2 inch of standing water plus a lot more held in the carpet's foam rubber.
I was able to reuse the flooded Stabilitrak Yaw sensor by opening the box, shaking out the water, rinsing the insides with isopropyl alcohol and drying with a hair dryer. The service message went out and the Stabilitrak works in my attempts to slide around on gravel.
I'm surprised that GM didn't have a recall as I consider Stabilitak to be safety equipment.

Not sure what you're saying but if you mean the sunroof slides closed but the rear doesn't come down and seat fully, the I'd start by looking to make sure nothing is in the way of it fully closing, also when was the last time you greased the slides on the sun roof?
Probably the receiver for the key chip. It has to go back on. But it doesn't have to be programmed. Replace it and the security will go off. With the key of course.
