The thing that leaps off your question is that windshield *wipers* don't have hoses. It is an electric motor and two articulated arms.
For replacing *washer* hoses, you just buy a length of hose and cut it, or you can buy ready made with nozzles.

My Windstar was vandalized and someone broke the window. I had my window repaired at the glass company where I ordered the replacement glass. The little guy had it repaired in less than a hour. Very affordable and money well spent. They will sometimes let you watch so you can fix the next one. It did take me longer to get all of the broken glass out of the van.
Good luck
You need a special tool to remove the pulley. Many parts stores will loan these tools out, anyway it's pretty straightforward install the puller then turn the puller bolt until the pulley is off. I hope this helps, Take care. If you have any more questions or just want to say Hi! Use testimonial. Thanks
Your transmission
shift solenoids and torque convertor lock up switches are on the valve body drain the fluid and drop the pan you will see them make sure that the right fluid is used and that any vacuum lines are in good shape also check the transmission bulk head connector outside on the side of the transmission do this first if you see fluid on the plug or in the bulk heads inside where the plug goes in its has gone bad and is shorting out the pins on the bulk head causing the switches to malfunction do all external investigation first you still have to drop the pan for this anyway but having to do it again and waste $70.00for fluid and filter & gasket is just a coconut move good luck stephen
Check fuse F2.7 15amp located in the (CJB) central junction box , this is the fuse box inside the vehicle . This fuse supply's B+ voltage directly to the back up lights . Now is were it gets complicated , the lights are connected to the (REM) rear electronic module ,which will supply a ground when commanded too. The (REM) is connected to the SCP - it's a serial data network that all the electronic modules on your vehicle talk an share info. The PCM - engine computer receives inputs from the transmission range sensor switch as to what gear the vehicle is in . This info is sent out on the data bus so which ever module uses it can . When you put the vehicle in reverse the PCM sees this an sends a message to the (REM) to turn on the back up lights !

inner lights ? more specific ? dash lights (instrument cluster ) dome lights etc... Courtesy lamps ? FEM - front electronic module (computer) controls all these lights . Check fuse F2.1 10amp located in the central junction box .
Ford products had a recall because of run away ECM units
as to hard brake pedal , that is because there is no booster to assist the brake action
I suggest that you trailer it to a ford dealer ship and leave it there until it is fixed
call ford technical department and report the occurrence
there may be an explanation if you have the fault codes read
Yes , but what is the code cxxxx ? What code reader are you using ? I'd have it check by a different one , no ABS power relay . Look here at http://bbbind.com/free_tsb.html free wiring diagram ! Some code readers don't come with all the right info .
