Most likely a defective power door lock motor/actuator failure. The door will have to be disassembled and the lock motor tested for power and ground. Not uncommon for these lock motors to wear out in time.

According to the owner's manual (here http://www.myhyundaiforums.com/AGEO-EU75A.pdf ) the first fuse, a 10A, in the engine fuse compartment is for the front washer motor relays. If your issue is the rear washer, it is a 15 A fuse in the rear cargo fuse compartment.
