Are the pugs new?, If not - replace them. What color were the old plugs? if they were black -soot covered, carb cleaning and setting is in order also.

Battery fully charged? Make sure the pug wires are good, fully seated connectors, etc,. If the easy things didn't help. /you need to get the coils checked. If this engine has point's and a condenser, the condenser would be my first suspect, makes sure the points are opening and closing.
If no points, the electronics need to be checked with resistance (ohm's) values,,, these are found in a factory service manual...-- Dealership.
if this happened "all of a sudden after you worked on it" you may have pulled a wire loose.

150 cc will not fire up

pull spark plug, lay it on engine while still connected and hit starter and see if any spark at plug. if so fuel issue,if sat for any lengthy period of time, pull carb. float bowl and clean bad fuel and resadew, unscrew brass looking jet and make sure clear,{should be able to blow air thru} ensure battery has full charge and should fire.
