They have a wed site look on rescores on there page it takes you to some manuals or you can e-mail them from there .

First I would be super careful with this crib as it was part of a recall in 2011. The model number is 04550-97C. Please read here www.babycafe.com/stork-craft-recalls-2-1-million-drop-side-cribs/ get the 'recall kit' for it to lock in the drop side. Good luck and hope this helps!
