Best shimano rear drailuer for a shimano 11-46t cassette?

There is no "best" derailleur for any particular situation. Get one rated to handle the range, at a price you can afford, and that has good reviews. Performance is more affected by how well you set up derailleur and cables, as well as chain and condition of cassette, than by individual model differences.

I have a 18 speed malvern star bike with shimano gearing and i need to know how to the path for the chain

The only reason I can think of for needing that info is a broken or replacement chain. In either case one needs the proper tool and connecting link to size and install the chain. Do not do so without knowing the proper procedure. Find a bike co-op or bike shop locally to help, or a knowledgeable friend, or Google "install bike chain".

When readjusting the cable tension the screw that holds the cable tight on the back derailer got dislodged and fell out of the housing. Some how the derailer body moved and the screw cant go back in.

Derailleur position should have nothing to do with being able to reinsert the cable binding bolt, and unless the cable is very loose the tension is adjusted with the barrel adjuster at the end of the cable housing. I have a loose Shimano 105 8500 shifter blade. How do I tighten them?

I'm not sure what you mean by "shifter blade", but I might assume it might be the cage of the derailleur. On the front derailleur there is either a rivet or a small bolt at the trailing edge that holds the two halves together, if it is a rivet then it is not repairable and the derailleur will need to be replaced, if it is the bolt, it is probably a 8mm socket head, tighten to the right. If it keeps loosening up from road vibration then the threads could be stripped (replace the derailleur), or else put a drop of Blue Loctite on the threads to prevent it from backing out. If you are talking about the rear derailleur cage that holds the two pulleys in place, these have two Allen type bolts, probably 3mm or 4mm Allen wrench size. The bolt slides through a small bushing inside the plastic pulley wheel, the bushing is slightly wider then the pulley to prevent over tightening the cage plates against the pulley, thus preventing the pulley from spinning freely, use the Blue Loctite if the bolts keep coming loose. Blue Loctite (also known as 242 Loctite I believe) is the removable type and provides some extra friction to prevent bolts from backing out. Now if by "shifter blade" you are referring to the shift/brake levers, these have a small amount of "play" in them from the factory, a little bit of wiggle. They basically are not serviceable. Try adjusting the derailleur cable to see if that removes excess play. If they still have an excessive amount of play in them, then you will need to replace the shift/brake levers as a unit. If you do this, make sure you get the shifter that is designed for the number of cogs you have in your gear cluster and front chain rings. I would recommend also replacing your chain and rear cluster at the same time so that all part wear evenly for optimal shifting performance.

Triple to double crankset, problem with left shifter-shimano ultegra

Derailleurs have a return spring in them that will always return them to the smaller cog (whether it is front or rear). The derailleur cable resists this spring tension. If your front der. is on the large ring and will not shift to a smaller ring then it could be a couple things. First, too much cable tension preventing the spring from returning the derailleur to a smaller cog. Second, you low limit screw is set too far in so the derailleur cannot travel back to a lower gear. This will be evident if you shift to a smaller cog, the derailleur does not move and the cable becomes slack. Third, something else is preventing the derailleur from moving, perhaps the derailleur was moved when installing the new crankset and it is getting hung up on a tooth of the large chainring, there could be some foreign matter lodged in the derailleur spring preventing it from operating, the spring could have broken so there is no longer enough tension to move the derailleur back to it's "home" position. Good luck.

New Ultegra WH-6700 Tubless wheelset this

Loosening indicates inadequate initial spoke tension. The wheel must now be properly tensioned by a competent mechanic or wheel builder. The first step is to contact the seller to request either an adjustment in price to pay for said work, a refund, or a replacement wheel (which you should have checked for proper tension before riding). If the seller is not cooperative, you will have to pay for the work yourself., advise them that you are posting negative reviews on multiple sites, and attempt to reach or speak to the president/owner of the company if it was a commercial transaction. You may want to consider a small claims suit for a full refund if it's worth your time I’m happy to help further over the phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/donald_f2ed37026a3ac881

21 speed shimano grip shifters very hard to twist, how can I make them easier to operate?…thanks

This YouTube video tells you how to lube the shifters, seems to be well rated: How To Clean Lube Grip Shift Shifters You should also check cable/housing, however, as if they are corroded, kinked, etc. the shifters will also be hard to operate. Do not use grease to lubricate cables, though - only a light oil or spray lubricant. You can also just replace the cables. I have the shimano dura ace 9150. Went out for a ride and the front derailleur won't shift but the rear shifts great

Way too many possibilities, especially with a description of "won't work." If the bike is brand new then you should be taking it back to the place you bought it. I’m happy to help further over the phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/donald_f2ed37026a3ac881
