I have a Rohl kitchen faucet There are greenish white particles collecting in the screen at the head of the faucet. It clogs and water is greatly comprimized

"lime scale deposits." That's lime scale, or scale deposit, forms because your tap water is "hard" with dissolved minerals. Pure lime scale is white, But your lime scale can turn green from copper pipes or fixtures. You don't need to replace your faucet. You could install a under cabinet filter. Or a whole house filter that would help allot.

I am trying to replace the pull out hose on my Rohl kitchen faucet. what should be a simple task has all ready taken over an hour, the hose will not pull through the faucet.

The tolerances are very close in this faucet. Take a long slender screwdriver, and from under the sink stick it into the end of the hose to guide it through the very small passageway. It is much easier if you have someone gently pulling from above while you try to line it up. Good luck!

In trying to replace the cartridges in my sink, I can't figure out how to remove the handles from the old sink. There are no set screws & wonder if it is just threaded on the lower part of the sink.

some have grub screw holding the on handles, some have a screw on the top under a plate . If you know the make you can look on u tube to see how they come off.

I have a Rohl

Appears you have a blockage in the hose itself. Remove and use a piece of wire to clear the blockage.

My plumbing supply house was

Nice. Paying that price for your shower faucet, I would think the supply house would work with you on that. eBay shows cross handles so they are available. The plumbing supply store should be able to order what you want.

We had to replace the flex hose on our Rohl LS57 and now each time the water flow is turned off the pull out head "walks" out a little bit more. The weight was correctly reattached. Ideas?

If the weight is moving you can get a section of rubber tube or if you have an old hose that will work as well. Remove the weight and mark where you want it. Slice one side of the tube and wrap it around the flex hose and reinstall your weight. This should stop it from sliding.

How do I change the cartridges in a rohl 4719 bridge faucet

The Escutcheon under the lever needs to be removed to access the cartridge. These turn counterclockwise to remove. Using a strap wrench or some other form of device to get the grip you need without damaging the finish is the answer to your question. Once this is removed, removing the cartridges are obvious and easy.

Would it be cartridge or something else

Not the cartridge. There are O Rings around the spout that wear out. These need replacing. Call Rohl for replacement parts www.rohlhome.com/warranty.aspx

How do I secure my Rohl "country bath" drain to the sink?

That drain sounds about normal, Dave. What sink are you trying to attach it to? That sink may require a special drain. The square holes are for the overflow, which takes water in at the overflow port (usually under the front edge of the sink) and routes that water under the bowl - the bowl usually has two layers - to the square holes, where it turns & goes down the pipe. If your sink has no overflow, there won't be a second layer for the bowl, and that drain won't work.
