With a small flat blade screwdriver, carefully remove the red and white plastic button on the front of the faucet. Turn off the water supply. Then, raise the handle like you're turning on the water and move the handle slowly left and right until you can see an Allen screw through the hole where the button was. With the correct size Allen driver, remove the screw and the handle will come off the faucet.

Mine is now stuck, and she said if I had called when it was still moving, they could send a free part. The only other option would be that they send a refurb faucet for a $50 charge. I said no thanks, I'm not paying another cent for this faucet--there's a lifetime warranty! The warranty states replacement of product or parts free of charge.
I'll try the part. as the faucet will move if I force it. (I used a little wd40).
Apparently mine was made in New Zealand, where the water doesn't have as much chlorine.
If the part doesn't work, I'm calling them back and raising the roof!!

It is highly suggested to use the grease. The purpose of the grease is for (break-in Period). Without the grease, gaskets and seals rub dry and hard against the metal surfaces and could distort or wear uneven and fail prematurely. The grease helps ease the initial wear and give a better life. Also, it isrecommended toopen a faucet and clean and grease seals and gaskets before they are bad;sort of a preventive maintainance every 2 to 3 years. Good luck, Macgivor

Appears you have a blockage in the hose itself.
Remove and use a piece of wire to clear the blockage.
