Hi. I had the same issue, so I just typed in Hardcore Gym by Powerline & it took me to their site. They have an online manual that helped me tremendously. Good luck :-)

Seem to have lost the instructions for my delta fit multi gym does anyone know were I can get more thanks.

Here is a website that has just about every thing you need to get you started and then some. It has actual people doing the movements from free weights to selectorized machine.
All home gyms are basic in design and can get 15 to 25 exercise movement out of them. Who knows you may even become a personal in your own rights. Cheers

Did you try contacting Eilte Fitness Australia. I would demand they send you the manual that came with the equipment, all of these units have an assembly manual and that is something the seller should provide you.

You May have to Body Solid service for a copy of the assembly manual it looks like the PDF format has gone by by here is their PH #1-800-5563113 Ext 520 or e mail them @ [email protected]

Putting the cables on a weight training machine can be tricky. I've used a piece of rope to thread the path, and make sure it's flowing the way it should. It is very easy o put it through a pulley in the wrong direction. Once you have the correct path, connect the end of the cable and pull it through. This will work on all brends of cabled machines.
