Bluetooth problems are quite tricky. Most bluetooth problems are usually
as a result of the bluetooth model/ versions. Bluetooth comes in 2
versions the 1.0 and the 2.0. Usually when your device cannot discover
the bluetooth of another device you try the other way round if the other
device can find your device. Also it i advicable to try multiple
devices before determining that your bluetooth is faulty. Try other
devices and let me know the outcome so i can give you trouble shooting
tips from there.

My pantech pursuit touch screen
sounds like it may have the capacitive touch screen touching together. check it to see if it may have a sharp bend in the screen or a small crack that i causing the screen to touch itself. or even a pc. of dirt. if you keep it in your back pocket you may have bent it and that can cause your issue as well.
