My tv says invalid mode for 10 min before I can

try a factory reset. it may be a fault when turning on. also it can happen more if left in standby mode. every now and then turn the power off completely overnight, this will discharge the capacitors and remove the static build up that can affect the bios of the tv.

No screen display

Back - light problem. Check and replace damaged component/s at its back-light inverter board, or replace this board as card basis. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Surf the site with patience. Pull up older posts. It will be best to replace the inverter board as card basis. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/ To some model sets; especially LED back-lighted types; the back-light inverter circuit will be part of the main power supply board [SMPS]. In such cases, the power supply board might need replacement. To some models sets, the back-light inverter and SMPS section circuit will be integrated at its main board itself. If so; the main board should be replaced. To some models of sets, all these section circuit will be integrated at its main board. If this is the case, you have to replace the main board.

Norcent LT 2723 LCD 27"

Sounds like The main power supply regulator section circuit fault. Either it will be a separate board, or the part of main board. Check and replace damaged component/s at its main power regulator [SMPS] section circuit. Contact any service technician. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Pull up older posts. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/ It will be best to replace the power supply regulator board as card basis rather than making "Surgery" to it; which usually will make loss for both money and time. Even though you can make it right, it will cost around an amount equal to the cost of a new board; including the cost of (spare parts + service charge) More to say, most of the spare parts to it will be difficult to get from open electronic spare part market. This is true to most of the flat panel TV power supply boards; irrespective of its brand and screen size. Search the site by type in the "brand name" to your device; [Exclude the model number], in the "Search box at the top right of the display window of the Homepage" to get gathered related posts.

Norcent Technologies PM-4201 42 in. EDTV-Ready Plasma Television that turns itself off within one second. Then the remotes don't work and I have to unplug the tv. Is the tv shot?

That might be a factory fault don't hesitate but to take it to the retailer if still under guarantee. Or phone the manufacture for a quick respond.

Trying to convert dvi to hdmi for my ps4. I can play the game and the picture is fune, but i have ni sound. What do i need to do?

You will need an HDMI to DVI adapter with audio. The DVI end of the cable should have both the DVI connection as well as a 3.5mm audio jack. You would then plug your speakers directly into the jack. If the jack is a male connector, you will need a female-to-female coupler.

Questions can HDMI input be installed on a Norcent Technologies PT4231 42 in HD-Ready Plasma Television

It would be so costly to do it would be a totally uneconomic proposition versus buying a new unit with multiple HDMI connections.

I have Norcent Xias digital camera and when I put in flash memory card "original or new" get message Card Error. What is the next step to resolve problem?

As long as you use a SD card it should work. But now most stores only sell SDHC cards and already there are lots of SDXC cards. Both won't work in the Norcent Xias. Once there were 4 Gbyte SD cards now the 1 Gbyte cards are already SDHC, because they are faster and newer devices can use these.
